Rules for using Guwanary, broadcaster tools, podcasts, rewards, and widgets.
Use of the service
Guwanary provides discovery and playback links for radio stations, podcasts, widgets, broadcaster pages, and related audio content. You may use the service only in a lawful way and must not interfere with the site, abuse accounts, scrape private areas, attack streams, or create fake activity.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, submit misleading content, infringe rights, or create spam or abuse.
Broadcaster and podcaster submissions
If you submit a station, podcast, logo, cover image, audio file, description, or stream URL, you confirm you have the rights and permissions required to submit and publish that content. Submissions may require admin approval before appearing publicly. Edited submissions may return to review before publishing.
Advertising and rewards
Users must not click ads, encourage others to click ads, use bots, create fake listening time, or attempt to generate artificial revenue. Rewards, points, withdrawals, and reports may be reviewed, adjusted, delayed, or denied if activity appears invalid, automated, abusive, or fraudulent.
No guarantee
Streams and third-party content may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or removed at any time. Guwanary does not guarantee that every station, podcast, ad, widget, reward, or feature will always be available.
Content removal
We may remove content for copyright, policy, quality, legal, technical, or safety reasons.
